Background & Director Bio's

Moll Consulting, LLC was formed in 2009 as a culmination of professional careers that have been dedicated to providing business advisory services.  The Directors have spent over half of their respective careers providing advisory and professional services to privately-held companies, community banks and the legal community.

Gary A. Moll, MBA, CPA, ASA   Managing Director

Gary has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.  He is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio and an Accredited Senior Appraiser through the American Society of Appraisers.

From October 2007 - April 2009, Gary served as the Chief Financial Officer for Pharmaceutical Alternatives, Inc.  Gary's primary duties involved assisting the owner / CEO in navigating through the financial aspects of a potential sale of the company, ongoing civil litigation and Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.

Prior to his tenure as CFO, Gary was the Director, Litigation Support Services for GBQ Consulting LLC.  Between 2005 and 2007, Gary was regularly involved with litigation engagements, providing expert witness testimony and other litigation consulting services.

Between 1998 and 2005, Gary was the Senior Manager, Management Consulting Services for Norman, Jones, Enlow & Co.  Gary had primary responsibility for providing litigation support, business valuations, financial projections and strategic planning services.

Prior to 1998, Gary was a Financial Analyst for Karrington Health, Inc., a developer, owner and operator of licensed assisted living residences.  He was involved in the IPO process that resulted in Karrington becoming a public company in 1996 and was responsible for creating and updating quarterly and annual forecast models.  Gary also spent six years in operations management with Roadway Package System.

Donald G. Moll, Director

Don has a degree in Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and spent nearly 45 years working at the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland, Ohio.  Don spent nine years as an Internal Auditor reviewing all departments of the bank and eight years across several other departments inside the bank including a department set-up to assess customer satisfaction.

In addition, Don spent nearly three decades assisting banks, savings and loans and credit unions with their operations and profitability.  As Coordinator of the Bank's Functional Cost Analysis Program for eight years, Don worked with numerous banks and savings and loans across Ohio in helping them to increase profitability by reducing expenses and increasing revenues by producing profit and loss statements for each service provided.

For 19 years, Don served as an Account Executive to banks and other institutions across Ohio by assisting them to maximize utilization of all Fed services in order to increase profitability.

Since his retirement from the Fed, Don remains active in numerous church and civic organizations.
